Job Title: RN Clinical Training Specialist

Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Duration: Estimated 3 months minimum
Start Date: Training begins January - early February


Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Training Specialist to support the implementation and training of medical devices across multiple hospital sites. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to build rapport with hospital staff.


Responsibilities

  • Complete initial training (6-8 weeks depending on experience) on client-specific medical devices.
  • Lead site implementations across 4 hospital locations (approximately 2 weeks per site).
  • Provide hands-on training and support for clinical staff during rollouts.
  • Travel as needed for site implementations (local and out-of-state), typically in 1-2 week intervals.
  • Adapt to varying schedules, including day, night, and occasional overnight shifts.

Location

  • Manchester, NH - Client site (confidential; NDA required for onsite interview).

Requirements

  • RN preferred with an active license in New Hampshire or Massachusetts (no restrictions).
  • Degree: BSN or MSN preferred (will evaluate individually).
  • Experience:
    • Acute care hospital experience required (ER, Med-Surg, ICU, Critical Care).
    • Familiarity with medical devices (e.g., IV pumps); training provided on client product.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clinical staff.
  • Open to candidates with medical device sales/implementation experience if hospital background is strong.
  • Must be highly flexible with travel and scheduling.
