Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor - Pharmacy
We are a highly regulated, process‑driven organization focused on delivering safe, compliant, and high‑quality products and services. We're seeking a QA Supervisor to lead our quality operations and ensure excellence across all workflows within a closed door pharmacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business field
- 10+ years' experience in quality, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical compounding
- 503a experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of quality and compliance processes, including data integrity and software oversight
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Job Description
- Oversee quality assurance processes, procedures, and team operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA metrics, standards, and testing protocols
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations related to quality, non‑conformance, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality into all products and processes
- Train, mentor, and support QA staff while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements
