Overview
The company is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in-home infusion therapy and patient education. This role requires strong IV skills, clinical independence, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of practice, in good standing
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and professional liability coverage
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of home infusion or comparable field-based nursing experience
• Proficiency with PIVs, PICC lines, midlines, ports, and infusion pumps
• Experience with IV therapies such as IVIG, inotropes, and TPN preferred
• ED experience, CRNI, heart failure training, and strong pediatric IV skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to ensure safe home infusion therapy
• Provide direct nursing care and patient/caregiver education
• Develop and update plans of care in collaboration with physicians and pharmacists
• Document all visits promptly in the company's system
• Monitor supplies and coordinate care with pharmacy and other providers
• Triage field issues according to company policies and standards
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned
• Deliver a high-touch, patient-focused service experience
