Sr. Business Analyst - Data & BI
Overview
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive data migration experience in cloud platforms and the Business Intelligence (BI) space. This role focuses on gathering requirements, creating data integration mappings, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly solutions that bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Looking for candidates who have extensive data migration experience in cloud platforms and BI space.
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience focused on Data, BI, and Data Engineering.
- Strong data migration experience in cloud platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Proven experience with data integration and source-to-target mapping.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments with project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and source-to-target mapping for data integration projects.
- Validate and test developed solutions to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Develop prototypes/mockups to visualize BI solutions and support hand-off to end users.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, address challenges, and foster collaboration.
- Ensure solutions align with business priorities, quality standards, and Agile processes.

- Ability to design intuitive interfaces for data accessibility.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator and team player, capable of handling multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
