Business Analyst - Airtable
Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of Airtable solutions for studio and production-facing teams. This role focuses on translating operational needs into scalable Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations within an Agile environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations
- JavaScript
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- JavaScript experience for advanced Airtable automations
- Experience working with large datasets and platform integrations
- Familiarity with Airtable AI features
- Exposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- Media and entertainment industry experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Airtable solutions to support operational workflows
- Translate business requirements into effective Airtable-based solutions
- Optimize automations and data structures to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support integrations and large data sets in collaboration with engineering teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
- Develop documentation, user guides, and best practices
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support as needed
