Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager - Studio Tech
Overview
Hybrid BA/Associate PM role supporting Studio Technology. Focus on stakeholder engagement, product operations, and early discovery work. High-visibility position interfacing with Studio Marketing teams; requires a polished, proactive communicator who can run with minimal oversight.
Must-Haves
- 3-8+ years in Business Analysis, Product, or hybrid roles.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with executives and creative teams.
- Hands-on Jira experience.
- Proven ability to organize, document, and keep projects moving independently.
- AirTable experience.
Responsibilities
- Own stakeholder communication: meetings, pre-reads, follow-ups.
- Support intake and discovery sessions; turn ideas into actionable requirements.
- Maintain PRDs, roadmaps, Jira tickets, and status reports.
- Manage lightweight tooling (Airtable, Jira) to keep projects organized.
- Track dependencies across internal builds and 3rd-party tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Media/entertainment or marketing team background.
- Familiarity with Keynote for stakeholder updates.
