GIS Program Manager - Technical Cyber Protections (TCP)
Seeking a GIS Program Manager to lead initiatives across Security Architecture, Security Engineering, and Product Strategy. The role drives delivery of the Technical Cyber Protections (TCP) program aligning priorities, managing Agile workflows, and ensuring visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs.
Must-Haves:
- 10-15+ years in program/project management within technology or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of information security principles and secure development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Proven success coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Nice to Have: Experience in product or service delivery within security or engineering programs.
