Operations Analyst / Contract Coordinator
Overview
Seeking an Operations Analyst / Contract Coordinator to support day-to-day vendor management, contract coordination, and operational oversight for technology-related projects. This role involves managing intake processes, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with sourcing, finance, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake forms (via Airtable) and route requests to appropriate teams (IT asset management, architecture, development, sourcing).
- Support vendor onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate purchase orders, financial tracking, and vendor strategies.
- Participate in daily standups (Kanban/Scrum), track dashboards/metrics, and create reports.
- Assist with project coordination, task creation, and status updates in Jira.
- Maintain documentation, knowledgebase, and playbooks in Confluence.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency across a growing team.
Must Haves
- 4+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or contract coordination in technology environments.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery models (Kanban/Scrum).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret vendor/contract data and metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills with sourcing, finance, and IT stakeholders.
- BA/BS in Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Airtable.
Nice to Have
- Experience reviewing or interpreting contracts.
- Familiarity with finance, POs, and vendor audits.
