Digital Product Designer (Photography & Asset Management)
Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Product Designer with strong experience in photo retouching and digital asset management to support large-scale digital media initiatives. This role combines creative production and technical organization, ensuring photography and media assets are processed, catalogued, and delivered efficiently across digital platforms.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom, with proven experience in professional photo editing and retouching.
- Hands-on experience with AEM DAM or a similar enterprise-level asset management platform.
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content organization principles.
- Solid grasp of photography fundamentals such as composition, lighting, and color correction.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Retouch and process lifestyle and architecture photography using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Upload, organize, and tag assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain metadata schemas and taxonomy structures to improve asset discoverability.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and efficient content publishing.
- Triage incoming creative requests and assist with production workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
- Understanding of video production workflows.
- Adobe AEM Assets certification preferred.
