Project Manager - Content Security
Role Overview
Seeking a senior-level Project Manager to drive execution of content security initiatives across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role partners closely with security leadership and cross-functional teams to manage security-related projects, assessments, documentation, and operational readiness.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across a matrixed organization
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Airtable
- Proven ability to drive delivery, track execution, and keep initiatives on schedule
- Strong communication skills - able to ask the right questions, clarify priorities, and deliver clear status updates and executive summaries
- Experience working on technical or security-related projects and comfort with technical terminology
- Excellent documentation and writing skills, including drafting requirements and standards documents
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution and delivery of content security-related projects and initiatives
- Partner with security leadership and stakeholders to track applications, cloud assessments, and security initiatives
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and communication plans
- Support drafting, review, and publication of secure configuration and security requirements documentation
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Actively contribute to process improvements within the project management environment
- Experience in media, entertainment, or content-driven environments
- Background in information security or content security programs
- Exposure to Agile teams and delivery environments
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Required Education BS/BA Business or Computer Science
