Product Manager - Corporate Technology
Overview
Seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution across enterprise products supporting key corporate functions. This role bridges business goals with agile delivery defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases that drive measurable value.
Must Haves
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent role managing enterprise-level applications.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3+ and ITSM best practices.
- Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM preferred.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and business value.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams engineering, QA, and PMO to deliver releases on time and within scope.
- Support UAT, release planning, and change management to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
- Track metrics, manage budgets, and continuously improve delivery processes.
