Senior Program Manager (Media/Entertainment Industry Exp)

Overview:

Seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong executive presence and experience driving large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage timelines, outcomes, and alignment with OKRs across complex IT transformation efforts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver measurable business results.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
  • Experience with vendor/sourcing management or systems (e.g., Coupa, contract lifecycle tools).
  • Solid understanding of data and analytics programs and their enterprise impact.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Background in IT transformation or large-scale organizational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level programs involving multiple cross-functional workstreams.
  • Align program goals, timelines, and deliverables with strategic business objectives.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure visibility to leadership through clear reporting and presentations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across sourcing, finance, technology, and data teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract management processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and adherence to budgets.
  • Support change management and communications planning to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Exposure to AI innovation or data-driven modernization projects.
  • Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and strategic communications.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
