Global Launch Project Manager - Entertainment & Media
Seeking a highly organized Global Launch Project Manager to support a high-profile entertainment/media rollout across multiple international regions. This role is central to ensuring creative, legal, and operational deliverables align for a seamless global launch.
As the hub for cross-regional coordination, you will connect teams across LatAm, EMEA, and APAC, partnering closely with marketing, publicity, legal, content, and operations to manage timelines, track deliverables, and escalate blockers to leadership. You'll ensure consistent brand messaging across markets, oversee creative routing and approvals, and coordinate launch readiness across digital and social platforms.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering large, complex initiatives.
- Proven success managing multi-region/global launches.
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management (marketing, legal, operations, content).
- Experience navigating compliance, approvals, and partner/legal routing.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (senior manager and VP-level).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-regional coordination, ensuring launch alignment across multiple markets.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, track deliverables, and escalate risks to leadership.
- Partner with legal and content teams to navigate compliance requirements and approvals.
- Coordinate creative routing and stakeholder communications across marketing, legal, publicity, operations, and regional leads.
- Oversee social media and digital deliverables to ensure timely readiness for launch day.
Nice to Have
- Entertainment/media industry experience.
- Experience coordinating social media campaigns and global branding deliverables.
- Prior exposure to high-visibility, global product or campaign launches.
Additional Information
While you'll have visibility into budgets, you will not be directly responsible for managing them. PMP certification is not required; strong execution and organizational skills are the priority.
