Must-Have Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in technology or entertainment environments.
• At least 4 years in product management or ownership, with experience conducting discovery work and defining product roadmaps.
• Prior experience in project management or business analysis roles is a plus.
• Strong experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating needs into actionable deliverables.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira; able to manage boards and support team workflows.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Lead and subject matter expert for assigned internal tools and dashboards.
• Conduct discovery activities, including user interviews, workflow mapping, and persona development to inform product vision.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to understand business processes and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Maintain a well-organized, prioritized backlog; lead refinement sessions and support agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to define, deliver, and iterate on high-value features.
• Communicate findings, priorities, and product vision effectively to diverse stakeholders, adapting style to audience needs.
• Produce clear, structured product documentation that supports efficient and confident feature development.
• Identify major risks and challenges early, and communicate them proactively to drive collaborative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by seeking opportunities to enhance internal tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing technology or data analysis.
• Experience in large-scale media, entertainment, or content production environments.
• Familiarity with design thinking practices and avoiding excessive documentation while maintaining clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
