Product Release Manager

Looking for a skilled Product Release Manager to coordinate, plan, and execute product releases across multiple platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to serve as the "source of truth" for release status and process alignment.

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of release management or closely related experience (QA Manager, Release Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Product/Project Manager with release focus).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be assertive and "hold the line" when needed.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage release plans, schedules, and risk assessments across multiple teams.
  • Hands-on experience deploying builds into production (Android, Web, or device-based platforms such as Chromecast/Samsung TV).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and release documentation best practices.
  • Superb organizational skills with strong attention to detail when coordinating complex dependencies.
  • Ability to flex and pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Airtable (or willingness to learn).
  • Change management background.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum Master, SAFe certification a plus).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills using Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools.
  • Background in large-scale consumer-facing applications.
