Senior QNXT Developer - Membership & Enrollment
Role Overview
Seeking a senior-level QNXT Developer with deep expertise in Membership and Enrollment to support enterprise health plan platforms. This role serves as a hands-on SME responsible for development, troubleshooting, and mentoring team members on QNXT membership data structures and workflows.
*This is a technical developer role, not a functional superuser position.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8-10 years of hands-on QNXT development experience, with consistent focus on Membership and Enrollment
- Strong understanding of QNXT membership data models, including underlying tables, relationships, and dependencies
- Advanced SQL skills (developer-level; complex queries, analysis, and troubleshooting)
- 5+ years of commercial health plan requirements gathering
- Proven ability to analyze, identify, and resolve data and structural issues within QNXT
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex QNXT concepts clearly
Nice-to-Have
- Experience mentoring or training developers on QNXT Membership and Enrollment concepts
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a QNXT Membership & Enrollment SME, supporting development and platform stability
- Review, analyze, and correct membership and enrollment data issues within QNXT
- Apply deep knowledge of QNXT table structures to troubleshoot and optimize solutions
- Partner with business and technical teams during commercial requirements gathering
- Train and guide team members on how Membership and Enrollment functions within QNXT
- Support the ongoing development of a strong QNXT Membership & Enrollment practice
