Ad Platform Specialist
Looking for Ad Platform Specialist to support and optimize Operative.One (OMS) for digital advertising campaigns. You'll ensure seamless campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations across sales, finance, and ad operations teams.
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years in application support, CRM/OMS, or related technical role
- 1+ year of Operative.One hands-on experience (must have)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, YieldX, or similar ad tech systems
- Proficiency in Excel + knowledge of relational databases
- Agile team experience and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-player mindset
What You'll Do
- Support Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance teams within Operative.One
- Configure UI modules, product catalog, and approval rules
- Troubleshoot platform bugs and validate new features in sandbox
- Ensure smooth integration with Salesforce, billing, forecasting, and ad servers
- Analyze data to resolve issues and support strategic decisions
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related field
