Position: Associate Social Media Manager
Must Haves:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines
- Previous project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
- Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in social media marketing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
- High degree of initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Preferred:
- Creative background
- Experience with Outlook, Airtable, and Google Workspace
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative, social-first campaigns that drive engagement and align with brand strategy. You will manage assigned verticals, from ideation through production and launch, ensuring best-in-class creative strategies, asset development, and campaign delivery. Collaboration is key - you'll partner with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content resonates culturally and performs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned content verticals and evergreen campaigns
- Research, concept, and plan campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Partner with agencies to produce engaging social content
- Support all phases of campaign execution: production, routing, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
- Monitor cultural trends and identify opportunities for brand engagement
- Apply analytics to refine content performance and inform future strategies
