Position: Associate Producer - XR Studio
Priority Background (in order):
- XR Production
- Game Production
- Film Production
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in XR production, game production, or film production.
- Experience managing complex creative projects within budget and schedule.
- Understanding of immersive production pipelines and cross-functional workflows.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet) and communication platforms (Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and tracking abilities.
- Able to work independently and interface confidently with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Corporate-professional demeanor and ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Some prior project management experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in large media, technology, or entertainment organizations.
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other real-time 3D tools.
- Knowledge of XR hardware (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, Magic Leap).
- Passion for emerging technology, interactive experiences, and storytelling.
Role Overview:
Seeking a motivated Associate Producer to support the execution of immersive XR projects from concept through delivery. This role involves managing production schedules, budgets, creative approvals, and stakeholder communication while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Associate Producer will work closely with the Senior Producer, technical teams, creative departments, and external vendors to deliver innovative, high-impact XR experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Track and manage detailed production schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
- Budget Oversight: Support and monitor budgets, contracts, and resource allocations; track expenses and forecast burn rates.
- Creative Approvals: Route assets through review processes, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with creative vision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership, executives, and project teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to XR strategy.
