Position: Technical Program Manager - AI & Digital Delivery
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional AI and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery experience in Agile or Hybrid environments and thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of program/project management experience in digital/e-commerce, supply chain, merchandising, or operations
- 2-3 years of Agile or Hybrid delivery experience
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, data processing, the AI lifecycle, SQL, and cloud-based systems
- Proven ability to manage project fundamentals: estimation, planning, resource allocation, risk/change/release management
- Hands-on experience delivering full software development lifecycles from concept to launch
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple product managers and BAs
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in Generative AI, Vector DB, or RAG implementation
- 5+ years of experience in digital/technology program management
- Financial forecasting and budget management experience across multiple projects
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (tech, product, design, analytics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for AI innovation and staying current with industry trends.
