Beacon Hill Legal's client, a utility company located near Union Square, is seeking a NY barred general litigation attorney for a long-term, open ended role. The ideal attorney will have experience drafting pleadings and motions, and be familiar with discovery rules and documents. The attorney hired will assist in pre-trial work such as preparing draft answers, reviewing files for issues of completeness, drafting various motions, summarizing depositions, and researching various legal topics.
DETAILS:
Start Date-asap
Pay rate-dependent upon experience but will start at $50 per hour
Duration-a minimum of 2-3 months
Location-required to commute to Union Square daily
Bar Admissions-NY bar admissions required
