Beacon Hill Legal's client, a New York City based investment advisory firm, has an opportunity for a temp AML/KYC Analyst beginning in October 2025. This role will require full-time hours on a contract basis for a minimum of 5 months and require the candidate to be hired to work on a hybrid schedule with 3 days' working onsite from the firm's midtown office and two working remotely.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience working on KYC requests as it relates to PE firms (e.g. private lending funds). Pay rate is dependent on experience and starts at $50/hr.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deal pipeline and liaise with investment professionals for timely performance of transaction due diligence and KYC
• Conduct first line review of initial documents and screening of key entities, individuals and stakeholders, with particular emphasis on issue flagging
• Assist operations and investor services teams with KYC requests
• Review completed DDQ responses and forms relating to AML and sanction for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain training decks and participation records for AML and sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and other topics as may be required
• Maintain P&P relating to KYC processes
• Perform fund risk assessments and assist with annual firmwide risk assessment
• Compile metrics as requested for oversight reporting
• Assist with testing of AML/KYC performed by Investor Services and Operations teams
