Beacon Hill Legal's client, an advertising firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant for contract coverage expected to last through the end of the year, with potential to extend. Candidates must have experience handling NDAs and data privacy as well as supporting an in-house team of litigators.
The candidate hired must be reside in the NYC metropolitan area and be able to work remotely. Pay rate is dependent on experience and starts at $35/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and tag various legal documents (e.g., advertising-tech contracts, NDAs, data privacy agreements) using Box and Google Drive
- Support general legal auditing tasks (not limited to contracts)
- Assist with reporting needs via Domo (training can be provided)
- Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with document management systems (Box, Google Drive)
- Possesses a foundational understanding of contracts and legal processes
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and has exposure to tools like Domo
- 1+ year of experience working with supporting a corporate legal department is required.
