Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid
A top law firm in NY is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for their Midtown Manhattan office.
This person should have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with major complex commercial litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex cases efficiently, leveraging legal expertise and technology for optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and resources.
- Prioritize tasks, review documents, and provide insightful analysis aligned with case goals.
- Support cases from inception to resolution, including document management and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with eDiscovery teams and assist with court filings and depositions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal
- Experience with major complex litigation
