Our client, a professional services company, is looking for a part time administrator to join their front office team in Elk Grove Village!
Location: 100% Onsite / In-Office
Hours: Part time hours, Nights and weekends
Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting clients, managing appointments, and helping the admin team with day-to-day tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a welcoming and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage and schedule appointments for clients
Provide administrative support by assisting the team with various tasks such as updating templates/documents on Canva for internal and external audiences.
Help maintain an organized, energetic, and lively office environment
Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Upbeat and energetic personality: Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and can quickly switch between tasks as priorities change
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Ability to multitask: Capable of staying organized and focused, even when managing multiple responsibilities
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
Creative experience: Knowledge of Canva or other creative platforms is a plus
Weekend availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of office administrative experience or customer service experience
Ability to work onsite in a busy office environment
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
