Our client, a prominent healthcare technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Coordinator to support ongoing program operations. This contract role involves managing sensitive information, processing form submissions, and maintaining data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process high volumes of form submissions related to wellness program participation
- Accurately enter and audit data within internal platforms while maintaining compliance
- Respond to email inquiries and follow up with participants to confirm form completeness
- Communicate with internal teams to relay updates and resolve discrepancies
- Meet processing deadlines with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative or data entry experience, preferably in a client-focused role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, especially HIPPA
- Able to manage time independently and meet productivity goals
- Proficient in basic computer and web-based applications
This contract Data Coordinator opportunity is set to last through December 2025, until the start of 2026. This position is offering an hourly rate of $18.00.
