Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a paralegal or case manager for an onsite, contract to permanent position with our client in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager. Workers' compensation experience strongly preferred but not required. Essential duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating often with clients about case status and progression.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters about claims and case status
• Prepare settlement proposals and demand packages for attorney review
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Scan, print and package legal documents.
• Coordinate with medical staff and facilities
• Check on balances and obtain lien information
• Other clerical duties as necessary, such as scheduling appointments, drafting routine documents, and frequent email communications
