PARALEGAL
Conshohocken law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. You will assist in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases and provide overall support to Attorney's business needs in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, answering discovery, compiling demand packages, corresponding with clients and insurance adjusters, conducting legal research, attending case management conferences and routine depositions.
Experience:
- 3+ years of Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Personal Injury practice group experience.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, technology skills, and excellent proofreading skills.
- Experience with Filevine, Vinesign, Lead Docket, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
