• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack web applications.
• Make high-level design decisions and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and other engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality software.
• Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems using Django and Java.
• Manage backend services using Redis and Celery for async task processing.
• Guide the implementation of robust APIs and Docker-based containerized environments.
• Lead React frontend development and integration with backend services.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help shape the engineering culture.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency with Django and Java in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of Redis, Celery, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of containerization with Docker.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or service mesh.
• Prior experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
