Required Qualifications:
- Active Epic certification with hands-on experience supporting Willow Ambulatory and implementing Compass Rose
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and medication management
- Proven experience in the Epic build, testing, and implementation lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years relevant experience REQUIRED
- 5 years healthcare or related subject matter experience PREFERRED
- Leadership experience REQUIRED
- Project management experience PREFERRED
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification - -PREFERRED
