This role blends elements of a Release Train Engineer and Agile Program Administrator, with a strong focus on reporting, meeting facilitation, and operational transparency. The candidate will help run Program Increment (PI) Planning events and support the division's scrum masters.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Scrum of Scrums administrator across 8 scrum masters and 4 managers
  • Prepare and facilitate PI Planning events
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites for program visibility
  • Generate analytical reports on velocity, quality, cycle time, and project status
  • Build PowerBI dashboards using existing templates or creating new ones
  • Standardize reporting processes across teams
  • Support RIDM tracking and epic-level documentation
  • Create slides and visualizations for leadership updates

Required Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or strong JIRA experience and ability to learn ADO)
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Basic PowerBI dashboard creation (training available)
  • SharePoint site creation and management
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-team coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RIDM or centralized demand management
  • Ability to teach Agile/Scrum concepts to others
  • Familiarity with security and quality reporting metrics
