Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Georgia-licensed Contract Closing Attorney for a part-time, hybrid opportunity with our client in Savannah, GA.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in title review/clearance, in addition to handling aspects of real estate transactions at the closing table. Essential duties include assisting with builder closings, title examination, and facilitating post-closing activities. Please note that candidates must have an active Georgia Notary license.
