Details:
Location: Hybrid in Sacramento, CA 95826
Duration: Ongoing, potentially 6+ months (No concurrent legal work will be allowed while on this assignment)
Pay Rate: $65-75/hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in insurance defense and/or other defense litigation attorney experience.
Candidate must have an active California attorney license in good standing.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Drafting discovery, preparing expert disclosures, and covering simple depositions.
Legal research, briefing, procedure, and advocacy.
This position would potentially involve supporting a partner in trying cases in front of a jury, when possible.
