Job Description/ Important Keys:
- Prepare detailed financial analysis & P&L planning
- Prepare detailed approval documents for client submission
- Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations and analyses
- Work directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model
- forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Top Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
- Must be familiar with Power BI, SQL, and/or equivalent
- familiarity with Property Management/ Real Estate
- Must be able to commute to San Francisco
