Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to assist its insurance team in its Los Angeles office to support an upcoming trial.
- Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles 90017 (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3-6 months (Concurrent employment not permitted)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Hours may vary as trial approaches, though overtime is not expected in the immediate future)
Qualifications:
- Active California bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
- The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, drafting and arguing motions
- Experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding third-party property and general liability matters
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
