Paralegal - Global Law Firm
Location: Seattle, WA (remote flexibility, Seattle-based strongly preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months, likely to extend
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour
A top global law firm is looking to bring on an experienced paralegal to support a busy legal team. This long-term contract role offers the chance to work on high-volume, substantive matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
They're open to a variety of backgrounds-litigation, labor & employment, and bankruptcy experience are all helpful-and are especially looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and open to learning new systems or processes.
What they're looking for:
- At least 3 years of paralegal experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience drafting legal documents (subpoenas, discovery, letters, etc.)
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, or legal areas
Preferred experience includes:
- Civil litigation (excluding personal injury/family law)
- Labor & employment
- Bankruptcy (a plus, but not required)
