Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on estate planning and probate matters. This role is 100% on-site in our client's Snellville office.
Duties:
- Draft and file probate petitions, letters of administration, and related court documents
- Prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties regarding probate proceedings
- Maintain accurate case files using MyCase, Dropbox, and LEAP software
- Track deadlines, hearings, and filing requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and document review
- Provide professional and empathetic client support throughout the probate process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a probate paralegal
- Familiarity with Georgia probate laws and procedures
- Proficiency in MyCase, Dropbox, and LEAP (or similar case management software)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Ability to work on-site in our client's Snellville office
