Contribute to the development of the Semi-Automated Unit Config Editor (SAUCE) to streamline configuration management, health monitoring, and status tracking for TaBaSCO devices. Leverage expertise in RESTful API, GraphQL, and gRPC development to design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure APIs, facilitating efficient data communication and high-performance RPC interactions. Utilize Redux Toolkit for efficient state management, integrating seamlessly with React components, and handling asynchronous operations using middleware like Redux Thunk. Ensure code quality and reliability through comprehensive testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, Jest, PyTest, and JUnit in Java, TypeScript, Python, and Kotlin, respectively, encompassing unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing across different layers and components of software applications. Employ monitoring tools such as NewRelic, LogZ, and LogRocket for debugging and performance monitoring, while implementing OpenTelemetry to collect and analyze telemetry data for optimizing software performance and behavior. Leverage multiple AWS services including S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and CloudFront for robust data storage, message queuing, system monitoring, and content delivery with low latency to end-users worldwide. Harness Kafka's capabilities as a distributed event streaming platform to handle real-time data feeds, process, and storage at scale, facilitating use cases such as real-time analytics, log aggregation, stream processing, and messaging systems across multiple applications. Work to create heat maps using Depth Camera D435, integrating machine learning algorithms such as FFMPEG, RGBD, and YOLO to generate 3D image coordinates for visualization. Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment.
