We're working with a client in the Bellevue area that is looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings high-volume AR experience and enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. While the day-to-day volume isn't overwhelming, the client values candidates who have worked in more demanding AR environments and can hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Applying customer payments and reconciling accounts
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Following up on outstanding invoices as needed
- Assisting with reporting and month-end close support
- Pitching in on process improvement projects or system cleanup
What They're Looking For:
- 2+ years of AR experience
- High-volume background strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external customers
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Location: Bellevue, WA
Pay: $24-$29/hr.
Type: Contract for 4 months (could go longer)
