Job Summary
Will develop User Experience (UX) embedded code for an infotainment platform. Design, document, and implement reference application software to bring SAT and IP streaming audio, data, and advanced to automotive. Work with Android Studio and create Android application for Infotainment platform. Analyze requirements and develop the App accordingly. Test and verify the developed. Develop UI according to sample screens developed by the team. Verify the application’s performance and improve the application’s performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code robustness by creating unit tests and monitor code commits throughout the CI/CD process. Analyze framework code for android platform using AOSP, JNI. Create/review UX High-Level Design documentation. Create, modify, and review documents for OEM’s and internal purpose. Perform remote debugging for the client-side bugs and get them resolved on the priority. Assist in the development of advanced Infotainment and Telematics features. Provide regular and accurate reports to the Senior Manager – OEM Validation and perform special projects as necessary. Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment. REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the Software industry.
