Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Billing Clerk for a long standing client in the Metro East of St. Louis. The position is a contract to hire and once hired on full time, client pays 100% of employee and family benefits! In this role you will be responsible for but, not limited to the following:
- Enter daily timesheet information into a weekly spreadsheet.
- Gather subcontractor invoices.
- Create an invoice in Excel and send to customer every Friday.
- Take invoice information and put into monthly report spreadsheets.
