Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our financial systems. This role focuses on the business side of finance, bridging the gap between accounting, FP&A, and IT to ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, Asset Accounting, etc.)

• Act as the liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Provide configuration expertise for financial modules in SAP S/4HANA

• Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities

• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices for finance

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation)

• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and integration points

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements

• Experience with business process design and improvement in a finance context

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or related modules

• Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury

• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies

• Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or energy
