Location: Hybrid Philadelphia

Duration: 6+ month contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing Epics and User Stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving requirements gathering and process improvement efforts. This role will work closely with Senior Product Managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables that guide development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Epics and User Stories aligned with project objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to define requirements for solutions.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements across stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for development teams.
• Ensure deliverables align with user experience goals, business outcomes, and compliance standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven expertise in writing Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
