Our client in Boston MA is seeking a Digital Workplace Solutions Engineer to help them support and leverage a wide variety of digital workplace solutions. Candidates with a technical support background in things like Microsoft 365 Power Suite, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, Miro, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Miro, and other online collaboration tools are a great fit.

This role is 3 days a week onsite in Boston MA

Contract is 8 months to start but could extend/become permanent

Ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Process Digitization: Using tools like Microsoft 365, Qualtrics, ServiceNow.
• Online Collaboration: Tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Miro.
• Productivity Tools: Apps like OneNote and Microsoft To Do.
• Virtual Events: Helping set up and manage online events.
• AV Hardware: Recommending and testing modern audio/visual tools for meeting and learning spaces.
• Powershell Scripting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Consulting (50%)

• Meet with users to understand their needs.

• Demo tools and show how they can help.

• Document requirements and processes.

• Work with IT teams to coordinate solutions.

• Train users and hand off completed solutions.

Research (10%)

• Research new tools based on project needs.

• Stay updated on trends in IT and collaboration tools.

Design (20%)

• Choose the right tools for the job.

• Build simple, ready-to-use solutions (no heavy coding).

• Manage time, resources, and people to meet deadlines.

Testing (20%)

• Test solutions with users to ensure they work well.

• Try out new tools and hardware.

• Share feedback and suggest improvements to current systems.
