Location: Remote EST hours, Client is located in Philadelphia - travel in about once a quarter for major meetings.
Duration: Long term ongoing contract with potential for permanent position
Rate: 50-60/hr

Position Description:
- Driving team towards increased efficiency through experimentation and collaboration.
- Applying core agile values and principles
- Applying key agile methodologies and extensive understanding of their associated roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitating daily stand-up and other core agile ceremonies
- Using agile tools to help the squad keep a learning cadence that helps to remain focused on delivering product vision.
- Manage dependencies
- Coach folks on best practices and agile
- Running ceremonies, Progress tracking
- Successfully implement processes and best practices.
Experience:
- 3+ years of Scrum master experience
- SAFe experience
- Scrum at scale experience
- Dependency management experience
- 2+ years of agile facilitating experience
- Able to speak specifics into metrics tracking
- Possess current agile facilitating experience (within multiple frameworks)
- Possess a broad, relevant, practice-based knowledge in the depth of the Agile framework and Lean principles
- Ability to run agile reports, including custom reports.
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA)
