Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days remote Philadelphia
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the delivery of technology solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, assisting in testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early to gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Support the creation of wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams to visualize requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Communicate effectively with developers, QA testers, and product owners to ensure accurate implementation.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology
- Knowledge of SQL Queries (understanding of databases)
- Understanding of development lifecycle
- Understanding of Java, Javascript or JSON.
