Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to design, manage, and optimize an application packaging environment, as well as administer SCCM and Intune systems. This individual will serve as a technical point of contact for supported departments and be responsible for ensuring seamless system management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage an application packaging environment for efficient deployment and management.
Administer Microsoft SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration.
Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging applications for deployment.
Gather and analyze requirements to ensure the proper installation, configuration, and testing of applications.
Develop and manage Intune policies, leveraging Active Directory group policies to ensure effective device management.
Provide technical support for Intune-related issues, ensuring quick resolution of user problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and maximum efficienc
- Manage crisis situations such as system outages and implement rapid response solutions to restore services.
Generate SQL-based reports to provide insight into system performance and compliance.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in application packaging and managing deployment environments.
Strong expertise in SCCM administration for software deployment and system management.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Intune management and policy development.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and resolve them efficiently.
Experience developing and managing Intune policies using Active Directory group policies.
