Location: On site 3 days/week, 2 days work from home

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer with a passion for software development to join our growing team. As a Junior Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers, contributing to building and maintaining robust applications. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in full-stack development, including working with Java, front-end technologies, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on full-stack Java development.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code.
  • Contribute to project planning, design, and testing stages.
  • Participate in agile development cycles and attend team meetings.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with industry best practices and new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Java development, including back-end and full-stack development.
  • Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful API development.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Internship or school project experience in software development or related fields is needed.
