Job Description:

  • Responsible for the General Ledger
  • Overseeing daily processes - A/P, A/R, cash receipts, journal entries
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
  • Helping prepare all necessary budgets
  • Assist with year-end planning
  • Applying and enforcing all company policies and procedures
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation for AP and AR-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables/vlookups)
  • 0-3 years of accounting, AP/AR experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
