Accounts Payable Specialist
- Invoice processing:
- Correction of invoices in Coupa and on AP subledger in ERP system.
- Reviewing and requesting vendor adds or address changes in supplier master data to ensure correct payments.
- Review and follow up on invoices pending in Coupa.
- Manage utility accounts for workload assignment.
- Post daily Coupa batches in ERP.
- Payment processing:
- Prepare check and wire edit file in ERP system.
- Process outgoing supplier payments including checks, electronic, and other forms of payments in compliance with department and company policies and procedures.
- Review and process check requests.
- Manage fraud prevention by reviewing and decisioning daily bank exceptions.
